Born from a deep-seated passion for
Yoga and Wellness, Mai Wellbeing is my journey to share experiences and helpful tools for the mind, from a seasoned yoga instructor and former marketer who has travelled
over 25 countries, discovering the essence of mindfulness and self-discovery.
As mental health and movements are the foundation of my healing journey. It allows me to reclaim control over my body and mind after 9 years healing from trauma and depression. Through consistent self-care, I've learned to restore my emotional balance and build mental resilience, proving that healing is not just about surviving, but thriving.
Breaking the cycle of pain and rebuilding your sense of purpose is so fundamental! By embracing a holistic approach to health, i've found the strength to choose to live differently, outside of social norms and expectation to grow into the women that i am today. And you can do it too!
